In the spring of 1990, in a small coffee shop in Kaimuki, two people met to share ideas. The meeting was resolved with a bizarre and unlikely fusion of skills between the artists, who differ to the extremities in cultural backgrounds and method of art. This contrast proved to be refreshing!

From researching the petroglyphs found in caves and shorelines of the islands to studying in awe the navigational skills of ancient Hawaiians, we proudly share our culture in our work. The fruitage of our zeal produced a product line of handcrafted ceramic design that reflect the unique blend of the artists influence, concepts and culture.
