And the India Cafe in Honolulu is really wonderful! We flipped for this restaurant on a recent trip to Oahu (we’re on the Big Island). Jiva (owner and chef) was at the Made in Hawaii Festival where he was promoting his restaurant. BIG energy and BIG fun all coming from their booth. We couldn’t wait to check them out. This place not only has exceptional Indian food (we’re experts) they have the kind of ‘ohana and local family vibe that will bring back memories for ages. Using all local spices and ingredients, India Cafe stands out as the best of the best.
