We asked him what his favorite customer compliment has been – here’s his great answer and why he continues do listen to his customers:  “My favorite story is a customer who lives near Chicago.  The grandmother came to Alii Gardens Marketplace and bought several soaps for herself and her family.  The next year, a very attractive woman came to the booth and I asked if she tried the soaps.  She said yes and that they changed her child’s life.  Her young son is autistic and has Asbergers Syndrome which makes him repeated scratch himself to the point of bleeding.  They started using the soap regularly on him and his itching stopped immediately.  His doctor was amazed at the results.  That was the best success story I ever heard.”
