The only ultra-luxury vodka distilled from pineapples.  Yes, Pineapples!  Pau Vodka is carefully crafted using a centuries old recipe and distilled in glass stills.  This gives the vodka quality and purity at every stage of the distilling process.

Distillation is the process of turning fermented pineapple mash to vodka.  Distilled in a batch distillation method using glass produces very pure and fine vodka compared to copper pot stills. Most distilleries distill 3 to 7 times before reaching a 96% purity.  At Pau Maui, the vodka reaches the same quality with only one distillation!

During distillation the design of the glass still column extracts unwanted by-products producing a pure vodka but retains the fine character of the spirit.

The end result is an ultra-luxury handcrafted vodka that is numbered and ships with a card signed by the master distiller.  That’s what we call a signature product and really Hawaiian.
