The Art of Rosemary Miller

Seaside Art Gallery, home of the art of Rosemary Miller. Rosemary works in a wide range of styles and media, but specializes in Hawaiian, tropical, asian, and ethnic art. Her gallery and studio in Kailua Kona offers a variety of fine originals, giclees and prints. Rosemary’s art includes watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel, collage and multi-media pieces. Natural fibers and materials characteristic of “green design” are a hallmark of her work. Among the many materials she uses, you will find hand made papers, woven raffia, bamboo, silk, grass cloth and pounded mulberry bark (Tapa).

Her work is collected worldwide. Locally, on the Big Island of Hawaii, her art is owned by many notable hotels, including the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows, the Fairmont Orchid, and the Kona-Tiki.

Shown in three major galleries in Hawaii besides her own, including the Volcano Art Center, Cedar Street Galleries, and the Hilton Waikaloa Gallery.

Rosemary’s work is available to the public, but she also takes pride in pleasing interior designers and decorators, and creates and delivers custom work in a timely fashion and with “courtesy to the trade”.
